Important Arrival & Departure Info for Staff:
Check-in: Saturday at 2:00 PM
Mandatory All-Hands Meeting: Saturday at 3:00 PM
Stay: You must remain on camp property until your week's closing ceremony.
Departure: Friday morning at 11:00 AM (after the closing ceremony)
Optional: Counselors can remain overnight Fri-Sat after their week is over.

The Staff Manual is updated annually so please re-read it each year.
2. Take the Camp Counselor Quiz
Sign up and complete this ClassMaker quiz each year before camp begins.
The tests your knowledge of the camp manual from step 1.
3. Complete Ministry Safe Training
You must complete this online safety training every 24 months

5. Important Information
End of Week: Camp ends Friday morning at 11:00 AM with a short awards ceremony and video.
Lodge Cleanup: Please stay after the ceremony to help clean the lodge if at all possible.
Staying Over Friday Night:
All counselors can stay over Friday night.
We need a headcount on Thursday for the kitchen.
If you're working two weeks in a row, we expect you to stay over Friday night unless you tell us otherwise.
If you stay over, you'll help with meals and cleaning.
Departure on Saturday: If you're not working the following week, please leave by noon on Saturday. This allows time for the next staff to arrive.
Mementos: You'll get a printed bunk and group photo each week, and an online video. Campers often like to sign t-shirts, so bring some sharpies!
Before Camp Starts: Prepare Yourself
To be most effective with campers, take time for self-reflection before camp.
Come to camp well-rested and prepared spiritually and emotionally.
